Real estate and Mortgage lending in America is in real bad shape,no thanks to the subprime woes.
Countrywide has gone bankcrupt and Bank of America becomes the nation's largest mortgage lender after buying Countrywide in a deal worth about $4billion, but the question is will that solve the problem.
With hundreds of people having to sell their homes to settle existing debts,it is hard to see where and when this will end.
